Yes, we are very detail oriented so if you didn't compliment he would notice that it was overlooked. Not that we need gushy praise, it's not about that. It's more like if I spent 3 hours cooking a meal, please say you enjoyed it.

I've got a packed 9th house, if I could travel the world, learn new cultures, religions, languages and cuisines for the rest of my life I'd be a happy camper. Love, that's different. Love is more of a religion to me, it's sacred and bonding and life blood. If you are giving to me, I'll reciprocate 1000% more.
