Disruptive noise! Neighbors who are disrespectful of your peace and quiet. (Stomping, cranking up the TV.. etc..) People who do not discipline their children and bring those little rugrats out in public. I just hate going anywhere that kids are running haywire or being rambunctious. I also really dislike going to places (like restaurants for example) when people bring their crying babies. I just have very little tolerance for children / babies. It's sort of sad, but the sound of children having fun makes me want to pull my hair out. I hate noise!

YES. I agree with all of this.
I can't sleep when there's noise and nothing pisses me off more. Currently dealing with my neighbor's dog barking 24/7 and it makes me want to murder someone. I sleep with ear plugs and if I can hear it over that then whatever it is needs to shut the fuck up.
