hmm, cancer ascendant with 12th house mars and mercury wouldn't surprise me at all. sun and moon would be disposed there, too.

I think the ascendant might be cancer..

he has some time spent incarcerated, which may explain 12 house placement if indeed he was a cancer rising.

I am also a cancer sun / rising and I find him highly attractive, just saying 🙂

So he found out he is born in the afternoon, but not sure which time.

So it between Libra or Scorpio rising
