What rising sign am I?

Is it possible for someone to find out the rising sign just by looking at a picture? Heard of some People who can do that.
I don't know my exact time of birth and it takes two more weeks till they send my new birth certificat and I'm reallly curious about it. I already read a couple descriptions and I mostly feel like a capricorn rising, but I'm not really sure.

Yes, Cap Rising is a pleasant and inviting rising. Are you a water sign? You look watery. Perhaps Pisces, or Scorpio with Cap Rising.

I read a couple more descriptions on scorpio and capricorn and I think it's either one of them. They are quite similar. However, I hope it's capricorn... they don't have such a bad reputation 😛.Is it true that you tend to pick friends who have the same rising sign as you do? Unconsciously, of course. I think it's weird that all of my friends are either scorpio or virgo ascendants. Maaaan, I hate waiting 😄
