When a man likes a woman and wanted to court her.
For me I'd secretly wait till the woman said something specific that shows me it won't be awakard to propose.
Like "So when we getting married?" Or somethig basic and along the lines of that. Then I'd try to propose in a creative way that surprises and hopefully will impress my her.
