How do men feel about strech marks?
I have a thick lower body . So i grew strech marks on the sides of my thighs/butt & though im learning to embrace them id like a little insight.

Personally, I'm okay with most stretch marks. However, I have to admit to not being a fan of acute stretch marks, although there are natural remedies available to help them blend in more with the person's overall skin tone.

Nah mine are like 2 shades lighter than the skin around it

(shrugs) it's what actually works for stretch marks.

If you like yours, good. If you find they bother you, cocoa butter repeatedly does the trick to fade them down (though not completely).

I had an ex who had them and I liked them. She wanted them gone so she did what she had to do. She was happy, and good for her.

... men are probably more turned off about your thick lower body, which obviously translate to fat ass and thighs.

The natural assumption here is that you're self conscious, and not about being fat, which is what you should be self conscious about ... instead, you place this insecurity onto your skin.

Nope, the problem in which leads you to feel insecure is because you're fat.

Men are not turned off by a fat ass, the Kardashians have built an empire on that! And they've proven fat assed women are smarter.... yep fat bottom girls really do rule the world!

Yes, people really ARE that small .. in where they simply cannot use mental functioning once they have a feeling.

Just like the topic ...... how a person feels about your stretch marks, has no bearing on you or the marks. A person could love or hate scars you have, but, that doesn't change the scars. You're not alone, though ... there are tons of superficial people out there who will base their whole beings on the approval from others.

It's very unevolved. But, the good news is - you're not alone in your smallness ... there are millions of you out there, emotionally jumping from one insecurity to another, so at least you can have someone hold your hands while you snivel about it.

although it doesn't mean they are disgusted. it depends on the level of love they have for you in my personal opinion. for example, if my man has a beer belly i love it, and wanna rub it and kiss it.

I'm a guy here and some ways can be superficial. I've always dated very petite girls and only recently dated a couple girls with thick thighs.

The first one, which I was totally head over heels with, had some on her legs and also had some on her stomach. I was slightly surprised when I first saw them but I wasn't disgusted by them. I knew she felt a bit ashamed but I didn't give a damn at all. I wanted all of her, imperfections and all. I didn't give a damn at all.

The other, which I'm dating now, she is more accepting of her body. She didn't flinch when I first saw her body. We were both in the moment and neither of us cared.

So you shouldn't need to worry too much about it. Yes they're imperfections but we all have them. If the guy goes to the gym he would have some himself.

Im 5'5 & 119 lbs w a flat stomach.lol the problem isnt my body shape. I love it , but its the fact that everytime ive lost or put on weight even if it was a couple of kgs , thats the one area where it all happens. So yeah - either way i was just woondering how men feel about them cause ive never been w someone intimately.

They only mean one of two things.... you were small and you got big....or you were big and you got small....it really shouldn't be earth shattering...and in no way affects your beauty or attractiveness in an absolute sense. Especially if you are a bit more voluptuous... stretch marks will happen.

If whomever you are attracted to...disqualifies you because of something naturally occurring consider yourself dodging a bullet...a dude getting really caught up in the normal functioning of your body and the slight "imperfections" of the female form is a fairly good indicator of him being a Fuck-boy...avoid that at all costs lol.

Well problem is, if i ever get involved w someone on that level i want to be sure hes the one i chose to be the father of my children. So really, it all comes down to the fact that im afraid the one person i choose finds them unattractive. I do get what youre saying thoe. In a way thats still a reality, like some other girl was saying her ex used them to make her feel insecure after a fight & i guess once were not longer blinded by the thrill and excitement of being w a person, things like that start to bother us. Like small details (physical and mental) that slowly become mountains.

I went from 122 to 119lbs this year ,butt last year i wasnt fat either. Its more like the area where the weight you gain affects. For me when i put on weight it goes there

Well yea everyone has their preferences...but no one is perfect and to certain some preferences cannot be guaranteed. And since you seem to be willing to level with reality then the truth (as I see it of course), is that if you chose them and the man in turn thumbs his nose at your physical form...and you aren't unhealthy??... then I would choose another if the dislike is causing them to lose sleep. Its kinda one of those things where you are looking for what you ultimately want..and not at what is in front of you right now. I can be sure that a few of my past partners wanted me to be more brolic...well I'm not as of yet...if they ever harped on how I *need* to be muscular...then they need to go and find that guy cuz as it stands I am not it and if and when I do become so...it will only be because I chose to do it for me...not her.

Its one of those "don't set yourself up for failure kind of things" I am not a" stretch mark-phile" but my past partners have had em. Hell I have em on my shoulder blades...they look like I was raked by a set of large claws...but ttruth be told what can you do about it?
