For sure Mercury and anything Mercury-ruled (Virgo and Gemini).
I find Aquarius, Leos and Sag to be very funny as well. Aquarius are funny in an unsuspecting way...they just say off beat things without realizing it...Leos are performers so they are funny in a planned way and Sag people are just total clowns, loud and blunt and hilarious.
I like slapstick, goofy humor.

It could be...Uranus at home in Aquarius, but it could be other things. Like Which house is Aquarius in your chart, how is Uranus aspected etc...

Now, I'm not so good with the aspects part. I see Uranus a lot in the aspect part so I'm just going to list them all I guess.

I've noticed as a Taurus Mercury that I have a very satirical sense of humor. I tease friends a lot, telling them it's an expression of adoration lol
In my experience, earth and water mercs have this sort of joking style. Whereas the air and fire mercs are very into comical, light and playful humor. Not saying that it's fact, it's just what I've witnessed. I enjoy both, depending on the situation and mood -- circumstantial. I myself am just sarcastic a lot of the time.
I like slapstick, goofy humor.

Goofy and dull can be synonyms, depending on whether you like the other person or not.

That is the biggest crapload of aspects for a single planet I have ever seen. THIS is why Aquarius people (and most likely people with a Uranus-influenced chart) connect with you. It seems that humor is a very Aquarian thing. Like one guy said it's a MERCURY thing, so your Geminis and Virgos will have a good sense of humor. I also see it in earth signs.
And Uranus is a higher octave of Mercury.
I think leoshave a good sense too....and house 5 is playful so it probably adds to it.
Everyone has humor. I think the way your chart is placed determines the kind of humor you're into. Slapstick, dry, vulgar, enigmatic, funny because it's true; there are so many different types.
I think the twisted, vulgar, sick, slapstick humor that busts me up like Daniel Tosh or Ridiculousness appeals to my gem moon. I'm totally the type to laugh at your misfortune so long as you don't get seriously hurt. But I'll still laugh once you're better. If my moon was somewhere else, I probably wouldn't be as entertained by it.

I think dry and goodspirited sarcasm is mostly mars, saturn and plutonic people,,
Light and puzzling gemini and aquarious..
And the crab and other softies creating funny visions, with slight impersonifications hillarious!
Seeing the fun in small things is a matter of state of mind, being relaxed,,
The clowns,,, that makes us all a little less afraid of stepping out, the ones that makes people comfy with each others, the good
atmosphere spreaders,, often not all that recognized,,,I cannot put signs to it,,
pisces humor is for grown ups,,, wierd,, 🙂

Stalked your posts because looking for answers in my own life, but this is the same exact scenario for me. My Uranus is not in Aquarius, though. I also laugh a lot with Sags.

I'd say the fire signs are geared towards slapstick, goofy humor. They're physical.

I tried googling it but its so confusing and seems pointless to me. But, you're saying it reinforces a placement which in my case is Uranus so I guess I agree.

Lot just letting off some pressure...look at the aspect you find the most important, or the one or ones with the tighest orbs, and look them up. Don't bother with the rest.

Ok. Well the tightest orb is zero. For example, mars in cancer 12 degrees trine uranus scorpio 12 degrees...
The most important aspects are trines, squares, conjunct and opposition...
And the ones with very little orb (between 0 and 3) are the most significant.
Like venus in leo 15 degrees square uranus in scorpio 12, thats a 3 degree orb, because there's a difference of 3 between 12 and 15...

Philips, whose comedy is also cerebral but really off the wall, also has Mercury in Earth and the Uranus is retrograde in Cancer (water)
Murphy, who has a lot of lowbrow but still funny observations, has Mercury in water and Uranus in Fire.
The one pattern that makes sense to me, is the Improv comedians have Mercury in Fire. Uranus in Water probably gives the off-the-wall aspect where the comedian throws something at the audience they weren't expecting.
