which star sign has the best personality?
LOL!!! Well of course I think capricorns are the best in terms of personality. However, Aquarius would have the better personality because they are adapatble. Most are very versatile and can get along with anyone -- ie. Oprah (I LOVE THIS WOMAN!!!!!!!!!!)
