Would you buy a house during the Venus in Rx?

I'm supposed to close on my house on the 24th of August. My natal Venus is Rx, so I don't feel it ever really affects me the same. I, also, think it's going to be transiting my 8th house.

What are you thoughts?

It's still the same house, it's just your feelings towards it might not settle upon what you really want until October.

So you think I might regret buying it?

I have Jupiter in 1 degree Virgo in the 8th and my true node is in the 8th in Leo at 23 degrees..

If you like the house buy it
If you dont like the house dont buy it
