What unread book is on your shelf?
1.Why did you buy it (pick one that you bought, please)?
Because it has short histories of philosophy all crummed in.
2.Why did you not read it?
Because it was way too heavy to read in one sitting.
3.Will you someday?
Yes, but not anytime soon.
4.How is its condition?
It's getting yellow.

I prolly have 3/4 books in my house unread. I like borrowed books and read and return 'em. Those in my place are always there, they can wait. Plus alot arent mine either.

I gathered the content should be really interesting and funny just like him, also a page turner as it's written from his wifes (a psychologists) view point.
2.Why did you not read it?
Because I tried a few pages but didn't like her style , it was too bumpy, didn't flow, boring.
3.Will you someday?
Probably not unless someone else re-writes it in a different style , have tried to get past the first chapter a few times.
4.How is its condition?
Years old but exellent condish.
Interesting. Wonder how their relationship is like. The wife must have psychoanalysed him to death!

Mid condition like the rest of my books; just 'cause I don't like it doesn't mean I'm gonna mistreat the book....burning it is not mistreating it, it's a form of salvation of humanity.

Yeah well, I was eight years old when I saw the movie and have been afraid of clowns ever since. I also saw pet cometary around that age and it freaked me out too; the brain on the guys was visible and the main guy was just a retard for burying his wife, stupid idiot, you deserve death!!

Good Calories, Bad Calories is still on my shelf and I've only read some of it. It's a pretty daunting read but what I have read is very enlightening on nutrition and bad science within nutritional science.

yes it is better his earlier books were a lot better (the spy who came in from the cold) (a little town in Germany) a few others I have read all he has writen.
Naomi Kleins shock doctrine, i read a bit then put it away-gives me stomach cramps. It's hard to read objectively? Is that the right word i don't know. I opened my kundalini throat chakra this morning and everythings topsy turvy.

I didn't buy electronic books at all.. I cant read books on electro mediums. Need to feel the dead tree pulp..
I'm proud of myself, I got rid of all the books that I haven't read and put the rest in PDF format and then sold them.
I've got this rule now that I won't buy a book unless I've read it through PDF first because I really hated having unread books around.

I plucked it out from my shelf and I haven't read it yet.1. I bought it because the summary looked really interesting - its about this girl who met her career destiny after a following her dreams. Plus, 'twas at a book sale.
2. I guess its about birds - something of not much relevance to my life right now. I always look for some relevance.
3. Perhaps someday I'll pick it up.

1)I was required to read it for my courses
2)I am more of an auditory learner and at the end of the day, my exam consisted on 3 essays and they were open book. By
the second year in my program I realized I didn't need to actually read it cover to cover to get a great mark. A little
lazy, but you try reading 3 (20-30 pg) chapters for each of your 6 classes, while working, volunteering and writing
papers.
