Ah HA Soulmate! That's the ultimate goal one must have in building relationship. For me every close relationshp in this world is meaningless unless the souls dont merge. For me soul means emotions, aesthetics, and spiritualism. So a soulmate in that sense means the one who can enhance all these three in you. I somewhat second what sweet-P has defined.A soulmate raises a toast to everthing that is a cause of celebration in you without trying to dominate or control. Well.I have dated a few scorpios and my daughter is a scorpio too. I think it is harder for Scorpios show their vulnerabilites, whether it be them having to apologize or opening up emotionally. They do not like to feel weak or give up control....and by wearing your heart on your sleeve, you are putting themselves in that position. I think think and caculate a bit more than Pisces and Cancers. I am a cancer and I am the same way, but I can only hold my feelings in for so long because I start to feel uneasy and unhealthy from keeping them bottled up.

Not all Scorps are the same as we have discussed here many times. My oldest has his moon in Aquarius so he is a bit aloof and enjoys being alone. The middle Scorp has his moon in Sag and rising in Aries and loves to be around everyone! Virgo has his moon in Scorp...he is my nurturer...always so concerned about my feelings...now, if I could only find a man who measures up to the intergity and genuine quality of my boys...woooooo-hooooooo, what an added bonus to my life that will be. I have a nephew who is a total scorpio. In looks and behavior. I mean you look at him and it is obvious he is the eagle Scorpio. I am his proud spiritual guru. He is in LA, California and i am here in Singapore. But it seems like he is always around. Sometimes it gets downright eerie. 6 out of 10 times whenever i feel this way, he has been praying for all his near and dear ones. the hardships of life have made him wiser but never bitter. I owe this completely to his Sagi mother and cancer father. Both of them are so giving and wise, being there with their children whenever it is required most, that whatever typical negativity one can associate with the scorpio sign got mitigated as he grew up and started understanding the world for himself. He gives a lot of credit to his cancerian father, who has unlimited patience with children and is non-judgemental of their innocent mischieves and mistakes. He provided the perfect cushion for all the traumas that an average scorpio goes through. Whatmore he was the perfect listner and guide even during those turbulent teenage years.

Yes when she is horrid, because she can be at times..I do understand her. I understand why she acts the way she does. She says exactly whats on her mind (true scorpio tendency) and is usually right. Her dad is a Pisces and they get along very well.

Whats strange is that I feel like she can read my mind at times. When something is wrong and I am covering it up, she gives me this look, and she doesn't say anything but I can feel she knows exactly what is going on.

There was this Scorpio fellow i was involved with. was quiet an a******. But he did possess that strong Scorp intuition. He would ask me,"So how your daughter's doing? Have you guys reconciled?" I used to be taken aback, as he was right abotu my problem with my daughter without me saying anythigh to him. Then one day he asked,"So that little son of yours driving you towards spirituality?" Now htat shocked me. he guessed it right a year after my little one was born, his smile and his gestures just brough tout that spiritual side of me in a very pronounced manner. Hey, guys, I know this post is old, but you brought up some interesting points about the moon changing a Scorp's personality. I'm curious how I find out what moon I enjoy, because I don't seem to fit your descriptions of Scorpios being unable to put their emotions out there. While I am a naturally private person, when I love someone so deeply that the emotions run crazy inside of me, I can't HELP but to spill out the emotions.

BTW, I am the proud mother of a Piscean daughter, and I have to say it is truly amazing the compatibility we share. I can literally read her like a book! One look and I know just what she is feeling, what she isn't saying, etc., and watching her creativity and imaginative viewpoint of the world is just awesome. She is strong, yet vulnerable, independent, yet always runs back to my arms... It's amazing to see in her all of the water sign characteristics balled so perfectly into such a sweet little angel. Now, how do I teach her to realize that all of the problems of the world are not for her to fix alone...?

My son is an Aquarius, and though I cherish and adore every fiber of his stubborn little person, he is most definitely going to be my challenge... Whoa... Two powerhouses banging heads when he is a teenager, oh how I dread the very thought lol. Still, I have to stand back and admire his independence and his "I can do it" viewpoint of the world... If Scorpio is a powerhouse sign, Aquarius most definitely does not follow close behind. lol Gee... I wonder why their father and I got a divorce after struggling to see who was in control for 12 years in our relationship? 😛 I sure do hope my son likes me more when he is all grown up than his father did when he was all grown up. 😉

Hey Angel this is Sweet-P (pixiepeach is just another name) if I may comment about your piscean daughter.

My mother said the same of me as a child, she wanted to wrap me up in cotton wool she said I was so niave about the world and the cruelty that lay out there.

The thing is, you will probably never be able to teach her that all the problems of the world aren't hers to fix - this is innate in pisceans, not something you can change.

The best thing you can give her in life is a good education, it helps pisceans who may otherwise feel lost and alone. We have a great thirst for knowledge and if she is able to achieve this will greatly help her self esteem and confidence.

You can't protect her from the world, but you CAN give her lots of love and encouragement and more than anything listen to her. Support her in all that she wants to do, let her make her own mistakes by all means - but be there for her if she falls, and help pick her back up.

You hit the nail on the head when you said she's independent but will always come back to you - that is so true, let her know that you will always be there.

Hiya Sweet-P... Thanks for responding back on this. I sure do hope she knows I'll always be there. I've tried her whole life to let her know she is the apple of my eye (1 of 2 so far 😄 ) and I'd die for this little girl (and her brother of course). She's about the sweetest little thing I've ever seen, with a huge heart and the desire to help everyone feel better. She'd do anything for anyone... and these characteristics scare me, because, even though I am somewhat like that (in that I would do anything to make everyone feel better, etc.), I also know when it's just sour and I need to back off... she doesn't seem to get that yet 😢

I can see your point about not protecting her, but it's so easy to overprotect someone so sweet and naieve... It's going to take some serious balancing on my part not to control her life lol.

In all seriousness though, I will always be here for her... for as long as our Good Lord lets me 🙂

P.S. RE the education part, she's so intelligent it blows me away sometimes and I truly do encourage that. MY hopes and dreams are that she will go to college, and I think she has adapted my way of thinking on that one... crossing my fingers and praying I'm right because it would be a shame to waste so much intelligence and creativity... The world would lose so much, as would she.
