Cancers and their mothers - arggggh!

My Cancer BFF and I are in a band together and, her being a Cancer, we always rehearse at her house. Her mother sometimes sits and listens but can't resist butting in with suggestions of how we should play certain bits or what sounds right or wrong. It's so fucking annoying! Cancer just sits there and listens to her and agrees rather than telling her not to be so irritating.

Also, whenever I get a new haircut or something, Cancer's mum immediately tells Cancer she should get the same one. Er, hello?! Get your own personality, instead of ripping-off mine!

her mum's an aqua, which is odd as aquas don't seem very attached in general (i should know, i have aqua moon) but i reckon you're right, a cancer child can provoke those feelings in a parent whatever their sign.

i just needed to vent, you know! i do love my cancer but she drives me up the wall at times.
