i just wanted to say that I'm sorry cancepio deleted his account. 😢 Interesting Crab with some interesting thoughts.

I think the way some of the women treated him like a piece of meat was over insensitive and rude. And yeah... I'm going to say it... Air and Fire signs are the worst for this! I know that you all think it's a bit of fun and just because YOU don't mind people treating you like a sexual object.. Cancers are just not like that!

I face this a lot in real life. I get along well and work mainly with men and I have to make my boundaries clear very early in the relationship. I don't like compliments. I don't want you telling me how sexy, cute, fun, mysterious I am or how you like my tits. Don't tell me my voice turns you on and if you touch me... you're going to loose a body part.

Telling someone they are attractive is nice... but then you leave it at that.

I felt bad for him as well. He asked for trouble posting pics he did, or according to what others are saying. But I dont know that he anticipated let alone knew it would bring the results it did. I was appalled to read thpugh he was receiving PMs over the same.

I had complimented him on one of his threads, and told him he was very nice looking and I wasnt hitting on him but making an observation (having been reading the thread). I cringed when I read this morning, agsin how far people took it. I hope he didnt throw me into that crowd.

Brash doesnt work with us, at all. Tacky, nor rude. Crude, nor lewd. None of it.

Yeah, Purrr I guess women were PMing him etc. over some pics he supposedly posted.

I cant imagine people going cray cray just over that profile pic?! Who knows. BUT, I asked, and only through others accounts it sounded as though he posted nude photos in his thread on Misc. board. I dunno. Crazy ca ca though.

People dont realize what they will stir up. You couldnt pay me to post my RL photo here, let alone nudes. Ya hear what Im saying?*smh* So he opened up a can of worms, he just didnt realize thered be vultures. They bugged him through PM and followed him (his words) around the boards after that hitting on him, etc. (again, his accounts)

What they did to him was disgusting. It felt like mental illness to me or there was substance abuse involved. Whatever, it was not natural or good.
I honestly don't blame him for deleting his account. Maybe he'll be back--who knows?

that's what others were saying, those of whom he was addressing this morning (some of the people). I asked "He posted nude photos?" No one responded, however conversations afterwards throughout the Scorp thread said, yada yada yada your nude photos, dont cry because you post nude photos and then get mad, yada yada yada. I dont even know, I thought he was clothed in that profile pic? I cant imagine even if he had his shirt off in it that they would go as far as calling it nude? To me nude is nude, no clothes at all. Either way, uncalled for to the extent it went.

i have no idea but the stuff i read on the threads was gross, tacky and borderline abusive. i don't see any justification. period.

No, I didn't see the pic, but, that's not the point.

Certainly, you realize that people do things in life for reactionary responses. When anyone does anything in the presence of other people ... this action, or words is done/said with an anticipation of a specific reaction.

Perhaps, he wasn't anticipating that specific reaction ... but, a reaction none-the-less. So, it's illogical to say or believe that the attention was unwanted, or inapropriate.


If the pic shows a naked person, then it is shown with purposes of anticiapting a sexual reaction from the viewers .... so to say that the women were out-of-line for hitting on him is pure ignorance. Because that is exactly the appropriate response.

AND he knows it too, that's why he deleted the account.

I do see your point. However, that profile pic was up for a long time... it wasn't until he posted pictures of his face, non-nude, that the women saw he was attractive and started the harassment. They were going after his looks, and using the "nude pic" excuse to justify their behaviour....

The "nude" pic only showed half his torso and bottom half of his legs. The rest was covered by a HUGE computer screen... He could have been wearing surfer shorts and you wouldn't have known, there was so little flesh showing.

Considering I had posted in this thread before A) he returned, and B) before any of us KNEW he had returned. *smh* Go back and read, perhaps? Also because he addressed those of us who agree he shouldnt have been harrassed to the extent he was.

Additionally, I said he was asking for trouble if he was posting nude photos.
