The cliché time response is very true, and I'm sure you're probably hoping for a different response. I can say that while waiting for time to pass, I would look up healthy distractions from your pain. It is actually one of the best times to do so, because the energy from emotional pain is very powerful and self sustaining. If you use it towards something beneficial, it accomplishes amazing things. This in turn ignites the reward centers of the brain, and you'll find that you just went a really long time without thinking about your mending heart.

Unfortunately just.gotta let time and new experiences ride this one out. Focus on yourself like short/lomg term goals, getting your hair done or get some new make up, spending some time.with friends, little thomgd like that can help. Treat yourself well and with love. Try to turn the hurt around. After some crying cause you gotta let it out too, but try not to stay the for too long.
