Just wondering what you gals do to get past your Cancer mans mood swings? Of course, being a Virgo, I always am trying to analyze his moods and am trying hard not take them personally. Just when everything seems to be going great, he changes his mood. Not bad moods, just quiet, withdrawn. He is quite the thinker, too!

Take that time to do something for yourself...
my ex (married to him 14yrs), used to do that from time to time. I do too..we are both cancers. Sometimes we just feel blue (for no reason) and need a little down time. Has nothing to do with anyone or anything..it just "is" and there is nothing anyone can do to "fix" it. Just leave us alone for a little while and we will snap out of it. usually doesn't last more then a day or 2...

yeah. my guy can cycle thru 4 moods in a day, easy. i'ma aries, so usually it's some careless thing i've said and he gets all torqued. i'm kind of like the guy, and he's the girl. well, a girl with a square jaw, huge muscled shoulders and amazing thighs. sigh.............anyway, i've found that shutting up (not always easy for me) and just walking away. letting him simmer it out on his own. he doesn't like to be too far apart for too long, so he comes slithering in to get some skin time, and he feels better. when he gives me that slightly melancholy smile, but is rubbing my arm or being a little snuggly, i know he's coming out of it. i've stopped trying to figure it out. if it's serious, or we need to talk, well, we talk. i don't get it, it all seems like a huuuuge waste of mental energy, and kinda silly to my direct, bombastic viewpoint.
