how to win a cancer man back?

Being a pisces, left her cancer man back in 2006, we are now back in contact, really really really slowly, he tried the flirty aspect and then pulled away, I said no on that occasion, then second time around, we are now "friends!" without the flirty aspect. He now wants to meet me, mentioned this weekend and keeps on going on about friends...which is strange but fine.

I havent replied as of yet regarding whether to meet him in person, but really want to and miss him terribly. I miss many aspects of him we have both changed and also had the most emotional break up from him when I left.

Since we have both been in relationships but feel there are still emotions there quite strong xx
