Difficulty crying or shutting down emotionally can be linked to stress, trauma, or emotional regulation issues. Recognizing these patterns is the first step toward managing them. Techniques like therapy, mindfulness, and emotional awareness exercises can help you reconnect with your feelings and express emotions healthily.
My father has Cap Moon. He is 82 years old. He can talk about lots of memories and the past. But only when he is talking about his (passed) mother, he starts pouring tears. That must be love.
Not even for other people?
Wait. Is this a thing for Cap Moon? That would explain a lot ....
Im a cap moon and I get all the time. It has to be real feelings and not for things that are not truly emotional and could be dealt with in other ways. I don't cry at weddings but pretty much everything else all the time lol x
I'm very emotional and also feel other people's pain and cry too xx

what is your sun sign?
crying? that's the thing when water comes out of your eyes, right?
ah, well I do it after I yawn a lot....
why are you looking at me like that?
This fucks me up. Also in any emotional situation I shut down.
Does anyone have / had this? How did you learn to deal with it?
I’m a cancer w/ a Capricorn moon. Same problem my whole life. Take acting courses to get rid of male “bitch face” (non response/action) practice in the mirror. Practice doing stand up comedy in the mirror. join a public speaking group and let the group know your goal is to become a more interesting orator.
What’s your mercury and sun sign?

I just learned that it's ok to smile and look at people and they smile back at me. If I don't I still have the b face LOL.

It’s not really a matter of not knowing that “it’s okay” to smile at people, it’s more of just have a pilot mode-take-it-serious personality. But we do have an incredible sense of humor. When I laugh really hard, like the wind’s taken out of me laughter, people are astonished..
I can deal with anything at the time.
After I am very emotional. I feel for others and cry about everything. I can be sad about things no matter how long ago it was.
