I'm a third Decan cap. I think dark astrology has a good description. Google it

I was born on the 17th of January, so I don't know if I'm on the cusp.

I'd consider that. I mean people like to get technical with how close you should consider a cusp(meaning only like Jan19-Jan21), or that you should not even consider or believe in cusps. But, I'd say that the closer you get to the cusp of another sign the more influence that sign has on you. All astrologers generally say this whether they outwardly profess to believe in cusps or not. I think most do though.

Anyhow, I'm sure your a pretty impressive person whether you think it or not.
