An amusing experience

So last year I joined a group, standard rp (roleplay) group with a twist. Fandom was mixed and set in the real world and we were supposed to play as ourselves. It was intresting and funny considering what happened.
??My pet nearly died within first few days.
??Met a deity that granted me luck.
??Ran across colorful people, transexuals with ghost swords, mute girls and boring average folk.
??Made friends with a girl dying from an illness. Got one of her pets in her will when she died.
??Also got ran over by a charging bull. (Dodged and made it my pet with skill)
??Meet god? Got blessed with the ability to talk to certain kind of pets and wild animals for a limited time.
??Pissed of another deity.
?? Oh and was targeted for a mugging by a criminal gang.

...I love how the dynamic I had among with the other players too. Their views of me made me lol.

You guys ever do/play anything like this?

Never done that! gotta say tho- sounds pretty unreal awesomeness!

The only time the two would merge, besides parenthesis chatting, was when my rp partner and I would argue and are characters would become aggressive.

Sounds interesting though.

Also I was toying around with astro theme Rp. Only saw two on tumblr and one was dead. Other was high school based.
I like more grandiose type settings my self. What type of rps do you enjoy?

I haven't rped in a while, but I did just about anything. But my favorites were usually supernatural based, with complex characters and storylines, and with specific people. Plot + conflict driven, with some romance(depending).I was known for my disturbed characters that tortured the characters of others,(only if they asked of course).

Love plot driven rps.
You ever do rp groups or just private?

I wonder if anyone here would be instrested in doing a group rp type thing?
Do admit the idea is appealing. Tumblr is what I'm used to going on seriously.
Though I suppose writing board could be used on here.
