Hi everyone, I've been reading this board for a while and it makes me wonder, are their any successful cap relationships other than mine?

Hi Septbrat~~

Yes they're are a few around, I've been with my Cap hubby for 15 years now, married for 13 of those years.

How long have you been with your cap? I think the ladies on here could use a few more positive experiences.

Great! I,ve finally gotten some positive responses. Usually when I post on a board I may get one response. I've been with my cap for three years and has not pulled any disappearing acts. He's a kind, gentle, sensitive soul and a little stubborn. I'm so excited about the responses I can barely type.

TGWC-That's a long day have fun!

Creepy... sorry but we can't handle any more Cap. in the group... I'm enough to deal with. We've got TGWC, a Virgo chick, and me-- a well-rounded blend of earth. You'd upset the equilibrium! LOL 😉

I think you captured it quite well, TGWC, with the "wine and dine from one end of Manhattan to the other"! I think MOMA's the closest we'll come to true tourist/sightseeing activity? Oh, we may find an all-male review or Chippendale's show somewhere! (Ummm... I've had that in the back of my head, TGWC.) hahaha 🙂

We could use a Leo though for a little fire... LWCA, can you make it for a night?

Kris, you just said something that could be listed as a great topic.

Ladies, (regardless of the sign of your man), have you been told by your men to "calm down" or "relax" even though you were calm to start off with? I wonder why men use this statement and I guess it must start at a young age as we see with Kris.

i mean, reflecting on myself here,... if i were a guy, i'd be on the lookout for the slightest nervous twitch so i knew when to start sprinting. i'll admit *raises hand* i can be a basket case! lol

Thanks ProudSag and TGWC for your positive responses. I was hoping that it was possible to have a dialogue about the good qualities that Cap men have.I don't think so.

Septbrat, the positive qualities have been discussed throughout many previous posts (along with a bunch of negative ones). You seem rather happy with your Cap and if he hasn't pulled any disappearing acts, then some of us can't relate to your story aside from being happy that you're happy. :-)

For the most part, all of our Caps are quite typical to some degree. Some of us can relate more to topics such as...
1) Disappearing Act
2) Sensitive about his needs but oblivious to my own
3) Getting tired of my Cap...would boot him if it he wasn't so awesome

etc. :-)

Septbrat~~ I think most Caps have extremely good qualities, my hubby is a great all around man, he's loving, kind, generous, funny, a great dad, and a wonderful person to be with!!

I think with alot of cap guys their good qualities tend to be hiding behind the bad, it's like trying to see the sun through the clouds. (not always possible)

I think if you pick them either really young (not yet jaded) or more mature (have figured out who they are) then you might have a better chance!! LOL 😉

A lot of Caps, being the mature thinkers they are at such a young age could have indirectly experienced some sort of trauma that has led them jaded. Caps are super sensitive of their environment and I think that they bring a lot of experiences to the table even when they're really young.

TGWC-I agree. Mine has this great quirky sense of humor that is totally unreal. Sometimes I have to look at him and wonder where in the hell did he get that from. He's extremely intelligent and very family oriented. He's wonderful to be around.I guess one of his qualities that I admire about him is that he is unpretentious.
Yeah, easy on the eyes is a beautiful thing.

ProudSag-I think they like it this way, so that they can keep people at arms length to determine if that individual is in fact worth their time.I think your right. My Cap told me I would not have liked him at all years ago.

I like this! LOL

LWCA- I gree as well. But there are some older Caps that have become jaded and have conscientiously made a decision have a happy life. Then there are those who remain waddling around feeling sorry for themselves.
