At the initial stage of the dating game

How long do Cap guys take to make a move? I met a very cool Cap that I am hoping to get to know better. He did ask me to a house party but it was a group event, he asked me before dropping me off if I want to hang out again. I said yes but he still hasn't asked me out again on a one on one date. It has been over two weeks since I saw him at the house warming party.

Last week he tried to find me on Facebook and was having a hard time finding me, he said let's just hang out again in person since its more fun that way. Do Caps flirt a lot when they're not interested? I would think that he said to hang out in person because he's interested but why is he taking so long to ask me out if he truly is interested? He also isn't very on top of texting, we would go back and forth for a while but he did let 6 days go pass without replying one time...

What should I do to get him to ask me? I just want to get to know him better...

Ang, he did ask so Give him some suggestions for a weekend of fun. My Cap man likes pool, movies and biking. When he first asked me out, I was very reluctant. But I said yes, b/c I was curious. When I got out the car, he picked me up and twirled me around. It was totally unexpectected. I don't know why he did that, but tough guys need love too. Anyway, give him suggestions and let him know your up for an outing.
