Why do cap men come back after they done fucked up lol seriously tho??

Like me and him would fall out for like up to 3-4 months then start talking again. Some times he acts like nothing happen or we'll discuss what happened.

This is pretty vague. Most people try to fix the things they break, if they care. Could be as simple as that. If you blocked him on social, you should take the next step and block his phone and stop talking to him.

Based on my experience with Caps it's an ego thing. And, that's combined with the idea that they may, in fact, genuinely care about you. But it's more of an ego thing. They are the most confusing of any sign I've ever interacted with, both men and women.
