Cancer Sun, Cap Moon, Merc-Saturn opposition..

I've recently met somebody, with whom I really get along with. She's interested in Astrology but has never known anything about her chart. Looking at it reels my mind. SO many oppositions. This girl has also been recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder as well as PTSD. She is on medication, and has just explored some realms of working and accepting her diagnosis.

I'd like to see some thoughts on her chart, if you don't mind. Much of my focus is drawn to her Cancer Sun and Capricorn Moon.

I'm giving what I remember on her chart, since my laptop isnt accessible right this second. But I'll post the entire chart once I can, later in the day.

Ascendant: Virgo
Sun: Cancer
Moon: Capricorn
Mercury: Cancer
Venus: Gemini
Mars: Aries
South Node: Aquarius

Theres a ton of aspects, and quite difficult ones as a matter of fact.

Upon some words on pieces of her chart (primarily her Mercury and Merc/Saturn opp), she was pretty taken aback with how spot on it was. Her elaboration revealed a traumatic event of an uncle's attempt to take his life and surviving. Her family did not grieve, but rather stayed composed. She is an Empath and felt the burden after seeing her Aunt and the man's son for the first time after his attempt. REALLY felt it, you know?

Anyway, I'd love to hear any thoughts or musings regarding her chart..
