I feel for you sweety, it sucks to KNOW the truth, to HAVE the answers but yet still love so deeply, I def know the feeling. I know some say take it day by day but in your case second by second, minute by minute and when you feel yourself fixating and over thinking about him get up and do something or quickly shift your focus on something or someone else such as yourself, oh and honey don't ever put anyone before you, your equally as important and sorry to say you not speaking up has taught him that your not important and now your dealing with the doormat syndrome you have created.
My suggestion and some may disagree but I feel its time to woman up and get a backbone...change your number, change your address, delete him from your addy and move on...out of sight out of mind...if he wants you, let him find you with all that big money he's making.
Oh and try speaking up, all that passive aggressive emotional mess isn't going to get you anywhere in relationships...Why tap dance and emotionally tip toe around a guy that excuse me for saying is a total jerk towards you.
