Do we intimidate guys—

So, this has been something I've been thinking about for quite sometime now. I'm a cappy and I know this may not be related to sun signs whatsoever. However, I have noticed that for some reason I drive the opposite sex away from me😕....and I meant romantically....not in general....I don't look bad, I am a nice person..but somehow that "niceness" never radiates outward....lol...Anyone else ever experienced that? I read on the cancer board where soemone said that she is an Aries and tends to "scare guys"....so just wondering....

cappywench is right. youre holding back. i do it. try letting go in just one situation where you have no idea what the outcome will be. Just make sure your friends are around to catch you. as a cap no other signs can be as responsible enough as I know I can be. I hate to lose face in any circumstance. Try losing face but not too much face. Makes people feel more comfortable because they think they have something on you. Caps have a serious firewall. Plus people around us feel as if they can never make the slightest mistake around us. be more fun like when you were a kid.

I get that feeling too, as if they all see us as these super serious, not fun-loving, boring ppl....but I'm working on it....

A friend of mine once told me taht I was prolly not "receptive enough", which I think is very true in my case=)

I think the key for caps letting go is not to admit we're imperfect (though we are, much as we hate it), but realize that everyone else is too. Just don't let any of 'em give you crap for being so!

no. i smile when i am in a good mood it's for me not for other ppl so if it's off-putting it's not my concern.

yes but wouldn't it be your concern if the person your talking to feels awkward? then you feel awkward because your oicking up on the awkward vibe!

all i'm saying is when an attractive female similes at a guy. if it was intended for him or not! it makes the guy THINK "oh, this lady likes me! i'm going to make a move! when in actual reality you were just smiling because "your in a good mood"

you see. you have consider this because otherwise your just giving off the wrong signals which is selfish and can and usually does hurt the poor guys feelings, simply because you buttered him up when really your married with 6 kids and a dog. and a cat.

so think about the guy's disposition when displaying your pearly whites 🙂

You know, I can say the same for a guy too. Just b/c you are smiling from being in good mood, means nothing, NADA except that you're in a good mood.

most of the time, I completely miss the hitting.
I'm so lost in my own world most of the time, i hardly notice.

But the thing is, the women have been pretty upfront with me, always. they often go straight to the point.
