So let me get this straight: I'm a hard worker. I will work long hours, and put in the effort. However, I'm not as consumed by work as Capricorn's have the reputation to be, and I can't fight tooth and nail to get what I need from it. I'm too passive to elbow my way into things, and I just quit my job because there was too much negativity, and I couldn't be as aggressive in the workplace as I was expected to be. I've already a couple different job opportunities, so there is no fear there, but I wanted to know if there are any other Caps that don't excel as much in the professional environment as we should? I'm at a bit of a loss right now.
