caps confuse me so much

my first post here!

Im a scorpio girl, a few months ago I met a Cap guy in my current work and even though I never paid attention to him in the beginning, I ended up falling for him.

I have the feeling that he likes me, Ive caught him looking at me a few times, once he said he loves me (but didnt explain what kind of love he felt for me, he wanted to hear if I loved him back or not). Theres even a few people around me that have said to me that he likes me, they can see it in the way he looks at me. I havent told anyone that I like him so when they say that kind of things to me I kinda play it off like nah you're just imagining things.

since this is the first cap guy Ive met that Im interested in, tips? do they like a woman that takes the initiative? how do they feel when in the middle of all their seriousness, a girl start talking to him giving hints that she has feelings for him? is that a big no unless he starts a similar convo? how can I get closer to him?

I would love to be a close friend to him first but its so hard! Im a fun easy going person and Ive never had a problem making friends and getting close to people... until I met him.

Can you caps help me? what can you suggest so I get to him and his heart? Ive read that they tend to give the impression they-re cold and dont get emotionally involved but its the contrary. I would really love to hear what you have to say.

It was a day we were having a deep convo about how certain behaviors he has towards others affect the way others see him and interact with him. He's always focused in his job in a 120% , he never pays attentions to the others and never shows any interest in the others.

so after a while and out of the blue he goes 'so do you love me?' and I go uhm? O_O I wasnt expecting the question. so I joke with it hoping he would let it go, but he dont. He asks the same question two more times and I turn the tables and I ask him 'and you, do you love me?" that's when he says he does,that Im a nice girl etc etc and then after saying all that he asks again 'and you do you love me?' after that what else could I say? Of course I said that yeah I do. I was so shocked that I didnt even ask what kind of love he had for me. But for someone that never shows any emotions and always keeps things to himself, I thought it meant a lot. am I wrong?

Caps are traditionalists, old fashioned really. Go with the time tested gender roles from the past and let him take the lead.

Be a lady. Allow him to be a gentleman. Don't come on too strong.

Thats hard. As a scorpio I have a strong personality and its hard to stop from doing/saying something I normally would.
