Changes can be for the better!

Interestingly I will no longer be working under the Leo. I will, once again, be reporting to the director (a Cancer). He's even seeking out additional projects for me in addition to the contracts I'm negotiating to assure that my position remains funded. This afternoon I will have the pleasure of moving my office away from the Leo and the back stabbing Scorp!

I'm a bit conflicted though - this is a positive change, yet it's on the heels of that interview next week :/

I suppose it is possible that he heard it through the grapevine. Of course, that wouldn't be very professional for someone on the search committee to reveal such information not knowing how it could impact the applicant's current position (possibly in a negative manner). I would think that the director would ask me about it though if he knew before he had me switching my office!!
