Confusion about a capricorn man...

Hello, I need help with a situation here!

I would like to get advice on this situation. I am working with a capricorn man. I am working this job for 3 months, but since my work contract ended last week I am not working there anymore. I met this capricorn man, at first he was distant, smiling at me sometimes, looking at me from a distance. Two weeks ago, while we were working on a project, he asked me if I wanted to have lunch break with him, and I agreed. He gave me his phone number and told me to call him the next day if I wanted to do something. The next day, I called him and he asked if I wanted to go out to eat. He drove a long time to pick me up at my house, even tho I told him I could meet him somewhere. Diner was fine, he insisted on paying for everything even tho I offered multiple times to pay for my half. He showed me his place and introduced me to his roomate, then drove me home. The next day I was sick, he brought me medication even tho I didn't ask for it. Few days after was my birthday, he brought me a cake for lunch and took me out at night to another restaurant. At the end of the night he kissed me, and ask why we didn't kiss on the first date; he quickly changed subject before I answered. We went on a few other dates, and talked daily via texts or on the phone. He was the one always asking me out for dates. One night, he asked me if I wanted to go sleep at his place since it's closer from work. I said yes, we slept on the same bed, kissed and cuddled but no sex.
He said he wanted to have sex with me, but didn't want to ruin everything by going out too fast. I didn't mind. The next day he wanted us to use his car to go to work, even tho I said I would use my car and go home after work. He even told me to keep my bags at his place so I can go back there after work.
