I'm a Sagittarius lady(with Venus in Capricorn) who's interested in a younger Capricorn man. We've worked together and share social circles. There seemed to be an underlying attraction but we were in other relationships, and then he moved away for work. We haven't stayed in touch but he's visiting some friends in the area. I'm thinking of just going for it if we get the chance to hang out, but I don't want to totally freak him out since we have friends in common. What are some signals to look for that he would be open to an advance, he seems too shy and respectful to make a first move.

I only say that because you said he's moved away and doesn't live locally anymore and the fact that you haven't kept in touch. I didn't mean any disrespect and I didn't mean that sarcastically.
