Do Capricorn's Ever Truly "Let Go"?

Random question of the day. Do cap's after they have loved someone actually ever truly let go of that person? All the cappy's in my life seem to have some residual feelings left there for ex's. It's like they can't completely walk away from them.. very curious to understand this trait.

No we don't. We might think of that person sometimes but we quickly make ourselves busy to not think about them.

theyre so like cancer energy.... they can't let go. it's that axis,

If they never really invested their heart, caps are the ultimate cold ex. Walk away and never look back. Or if they’d do it’ll be for an ego fluff during a bad slump if they're a lower vibe.

The very select few they did invest in tho, nah I think in some way they always love them a little. Even if they’ve moved on and made been lives and find love and contentment elsewhere.

Couldn't have said it better. I don't really invest my heart that deeply, but when I did and it ended badly, those few women I cared about a lot will always have a small piece of it.

Having a Retrograde Venus in Aquarius doesn't help either.

Is it common, that caps don´t really invest emotionally?

I know one cap who said something, and I´ve thought about it quite often, because it was weird to me.

He said something like he only got into relationships with two of his exes, because they were hanging out/dating/whatever you wanna call it, they fell in love with him, and then asked him to be in a relationship, and he just said okay.

!!!! What— I did that too! .... When I was 10! 😄

And he also said about those two, that back then he didn´t focus too much on personality but more on looks, and things went wrong. But in my mind I´m thinking: whattayoumean went wrong?! Did you really not think it was gonna go like that when you pick girls based on their looks and just say yes, because they fall for you?

It´s like no emotional investment and expecting things to go great.

Takes a lot of effort to invest emotionally. When you think with your heart things can go wrong, and sometimes, you're not thinking as straight. Emotions can sometimes be fleeting, logic rarely is.

When it comes to their loved ones Caps can do anything in their position to see them happy. Caps won't let go if they truly love or loved anyone. In case of Betrayal that door will be shut for ever.

Caps think ahead, they predict bad things happen and so they keep people around to use. I have seen with my own eyes in more than three occasions with three different caps, where the caps had been gossiping and being really nasty about people (laughing at them and feeling smug at their failure - defo a cap thing) and then keep them around and reach out to them to use them for time pass, or because the cap wanted more friends on their social media as well as many other uses the cap can find.

I also know a cap who absoluely despises their family, esp his brother, yet this cap told me that he will always be nice as when their parents die (they are so young btw and this is a lomg way away) he wanted to make sure he got a good inheritance, and so he said 'in about twenty years time I will let that bastard know what i really think'. Until then I will just have to be nice.

Yep since its you guys who go round judging, categorising and trying to value up who you deem worthy, try being aware of your own behaviour before judging others for same thing. And not everyone does this

As a Cap, we let go of people but not really as a "never gonna think or even remember them" way but more like "let them live their life so I can life mine" sort of way. I can confirm we like getting nostalgic...there's just something about that feeling.
