Early Capricorns

So not sure what it is with me and Capricorn women early in the sign but I attract them like crazy and I am attracted to them. The last one from England isn't going to happen until I am finally living in England. The one I need help with is from Belgium around same age same birthday as the one from England. Only difference is the one from England is out. The one from Belgium her friends think she is straight but the way she acts towards and looks at our Taurus friend from France no way is she totally straight... if anything I'll give her she is bi. Almost every sign in the book she has shown towards me she is attracted to me. Playing with/twirling her hair when I start talking to her, nervously fidgeting with her clothes, and takes off layers sometimes nervously/quickly when I talk to her, touching her mouth and looking at my mouth, leans in a lot and when she says goodbye often gives a really long look. At first I thought do people from Belgium often give really long lingering goodbye looks? Then when I read about signs they say a look longer than a few seconds usually means the person is trying to give you a signal. If we do lock eyes she doesn't break away quickly and I have caught her watching me out of the corner of her eye sometimes.

Any other signs I should look for. The thing is I am not sure how to approach this now. We only hung out and got to know each other because the Taurus would invite us out to the same places. She would chat with me quite a bit off and on and be flirty but she has it bad for the Taurus so her focus would then stay on her most of the time. I'm trying to think of what steps to take then to get to know her more now that the Taurus will be gone for two months. If you showed as many signs of being interested or attracted to somebody would you appreciate it or be happy if they asked you to hang out without your mutual friend or would you think that's weird? I have been here for about a month and have hung out with them all quite a bit in the past three or four weeks. I know with Capricorns they prefer to be friends first and we seem to like doing same things or have quite a bit in common just not sure what the next step will be especially because I don't think she has either acknowledged her attraction to women or if she has hasn't told many people about it. I'm not into women, but I can say when I'm attracted to a man I have no qualms with making the first move (or using a cattle prod when necessary). I find Cap men to be more reserved than myself. But, then again, my Merc is in Sag, so I've been known to speak up rather than allow an opportunity pass on by.

She just may be naturally 'flirty' or have an outgoing nature which you are misreading, why not you take the reigns if you are so interested? All she can do is shoot you down... no harm, no foul.

I have decided whatever just invite her to stuff she see how it goes. I invited her out with us from the house to go to a place that does games tonight which she accepted and is coming with her roommate. I also mentioned tomorrow night we all may go to comedy and she said that sounds fun too. Normally I don't read into signs much but she does seem to have somewhat of an outgoing personality which is why it was odd she'd be so held back, reserved and somewhat quiet around me. Then until recently when she would talk to me she'd do all the subconscious nervous, fidgety things somebody does when they're nervous to talk to someone or like them. It wasn't like she was doing those things normally she'd start when I was talking to her. She also is like that with the Taurus. I'm only used to dealing with a Capricorn interest online I haven't dealt with one in real life developing it. The girl from England I was talking about we have been talking online for years and won't see where it goes until I am in the country.

How then in real life is a sure fire sign you all are flirting with someone especially if you do have an outgoing personality? Like I said I usually know when somebody is just flirty. I also know by now as I have a very attuned gaydar when a woman likes other women so I guess we'll see where it goes. I gave her my number and she gave me hers.
