Capricorns can sometimes exhibit jealousy and controlling behavior when they feel insecure or threatened, especially in close friendships. Their reactions may stem from a desire to maintain stability or fear of losing relevance. Recognizing these traits can help navigate the relationship and set healthy boundaries.

I am female Cancer, moon in Pisces, Ascendant in Libra.
He's Capricorn, moon in Aries, don't know what time he's born
we have been friends since the day we first met- we work together and make an awesome team, in and out of work. We have each other's back and we're just... close friends, vey open to each other.
He has a girlfriend he loves, I have a boyfriend.
But
For months he had been telling me that my (previous) boyfriend is not good enough for me and I should dump him and find someone better. he was incidentally right, and I did break up with my boyfriend.
And recently I got a new boyfriend, whom he knows, and who makes me very happy.
And ever since that happened my good Cap friend has turned into a completely different guy. He complains when I always talk about my boyfriend and even when I'm quietly smiling... it seems to bother him a lot.
he's good friends with my boyfriend but our relationship seems to very much bug him.
Now this is a guy who has never expressed any interest in me beyond friendship, but he is taking our friendship to some weird extremes. I am looking to move and he's been pressuring me to get a larger and more expensive house than I want, in an area that would be close to his place ( which he shares with his gf).
And when I pointed to him that wasn't what I wanted he erupted in pure white hot rage....
I don't know what to make of this. Is this typical cap behaviour or what?
