I suggest leave her alone until she breaks up with her boyfriend, that's if she breaks up with him, or leave her alone altogether. If she can cheat on him she can cheat on you. But, what are you doing with a woman who is taken? Wouldn't you rather find a single girl?
As for being cheated on, that's not something I worry about at all to be honest. A single girl would be ideal but for some reason throughout my life I always seem to attract girls that are taken. It frustrates me because I think I'm a pretty decent guy.

After thinking about it it's likely that she's not 100% sure about the relationship with you and therefore doesn't want to rush things and break off the not-working relationship until she's certain she wants to be with you long-term. If you think she's worth it give her time and she will find her way, caps can take months to fully fall head over heals.

I think the best thing for you is to leave her alone to settle her problems before starting a relationship with you. But don't let her think you are waiting for her.
