They would want to get to know you 1st and see who you are as a person!
I touch people I like. A simple touch on the arm when I'm talking, a light slap on the knee when they make me laugh...stuff like that.
And hugs are for special people!!! Otherwise, I'm not a very huggy person.

Also only huggy around a very, few, special people. I talk none-stop too when I'm interested in someone and I know the feeling is likely to be reciprocated. On the other hand, in my younger days when I was unsure of how the guy felt, I'd be more poker faced and quiet than usual and my body language would stiff up. I've only recently realized that I actually have a very expressive face and do lots of animated gestures when I talk. I went really quiet the first time my now-husband kissed me, though.
