How do I approach this?

So I have a school girl crush on a cap. We work together (I know, I know, probaly shouldn't but couldn't help myself). Anyways I side Im him and he always responds and keeps the convo going. He always looks at me and smiles when I talk to him. Or when I'm walking around he'll turn around and watch me walk away or follow me or always walk past me, last time he walk past me and played with my hair or gave me a slap on the arm. Anyways how do I approach him and how do I know he's interested or not?

1. The eyes. I stare and smile because i adore what i see.

2. Keeping conversation. Find person interesting. Want to know more about them.

3. Watch and walk by. Want to be near. Hug and hold.

My girl is a Leo. She's possesive and I'm attached. Win win.

I don't know if it's a coincidence that he's always walking past. And when he walks past we make eye contact and he'll usually say something. Sometimes he's a jerk lol. He's shy too. I just do how I should approach him. He smiles a lot though so idk. But when I walked up he started smiling
