The part I bolded is why not...
A) you weren't interested the first time around
B) now you think you like him after pushing him away for months, if the roles were reversed would you be okay with this?

B. I wouldn't like it, if a guy pushed me away then tried to come back, I'd either have my fun then throw him to the curb or not let him in at all, at the same time if I read that he was unsure about his feeling and it wasn't malious (in my case) I'd take things slow.

Well, the Capricorn motto is, "I use".
In my experience though, it's the Virgos who use people for their selfish interests. I know one should not generalize, but I've seen this to be true with every Virgo friend of mine.
They can come across as very emotional, but they only care about their own feelings. When it comes to dealing with other people's emotions, they want to have nothing to do with it.
It's surprising how someone that emotional and sensitive can be so cold when it comes to dealing with other people.
Some of us need time to settle into our feelings.
We need to internally process our emotions.

Early twenties, I sounds so confusing because I don't really get into my feelings, OK i like him enough not to hurt his feeling but not enough to not use him, there I said I want him back so I use him, while letting him believe he's using me... Is everyone with me

I can only be honest, if his feelings get hurt that's not something I can deal with, because as long as I don't have a emotional connection with him, I'm good.
