Yesterday my boyfriend asked me if I could see us together in 3months and I said yes of course. So he says that he was going to check for STDs and HIV on tuesday and wondered if I wanted to go with him so we could be tested both of us so we can get rid of the condoms in 3 or 4months. It was so sweet! He is protecting us and he is seeing me in the future and he's responsible. He just gets better and better. So sweet! And then I thought, by boyfriend wants us to go check venereal diseases and I think it's really romantic. That is crazy in a way! What do you think? I'm going to still think it's romantic, but I'm wondering if you think things like that are romantic or if I'm the only one.
I think it's great that you see that as romantic! Happiness is all about how we choose to see things and you have a wonderful attitude. No wonder he sees you in his future!

I still wouldn't do it without conforms. If he's tested today n he had sex yesterday it will not show till months later!
I know. We have to take one test now and then another one in three months, because HIV doesn't show until then. Thank you for your comment! Maybe I didn't know and then it would be really good to know! 🙂

I'm so HAPPY for you and him!!!!!!!!!!!🙂 He is def a responsible guy and cares about your health and his. Also that he plans on being exclusive with you. Keep this guy around for sure!! One guy I dated seems like forever, I asked to please get checked even if I have to pay for it but he never did. I told him I am not touching him until he shows me proof he is clean because I voluntarily showed him my papers, proving I am serious about our relationship and ready to be exclusive with him without worries. He always claimed to be clean and said he had NO prob with showing me he was but NEVER did. So we never had sex. More ppl should be like that. A split decision because you were so horny and TOO DAMN lazy to get blood drawn for 5 mins and checked for life threading diseases can change your life FOREVER.

True! Incubation period for most stds takes weeks-months to show. I work in healthcare and know. But to test for theses them takes only hours.

Yes, I agree! The way for him to know if he's clean is if he's a virgin or if he has a resent test done. If he's a virgin it doesn't matter because you can't know that for sure and if he got a resent test, then why not just show you. Weird. I must admit that we have sex without the tests, but only with condom. Good you got rid of that guy!

Not hot at all - it means the dude has been with some "questionable" women or MEN in the past, and also doesn't trust you.
Think about it!
He wasn't a virgin when we met at all, I already know that and he know that I know. I don't think it's about not trusting me more than that I or he can't know. I only had sex in relationships before but I could have something anyway. we don't know before we're tested.

I learned from a SAG aunt said she will never and has never had sex without condoms n been married 40 years. Why for obvious reasons anybody can say they are exclusive or even married and still have some side action or have or slip, or be an unknown carrier

That's the safest way for sure, you can never know, but if I had that little trust in him I would go crazy because of that and can not be with him anyway. And maybe it's worth getting the minor forms of STDs and by that know that he's cheating? No, probably not, but I think I will take the chance without condoms when the tests are ready...if we're clean of course.

That's a good one! I've never done that. We're in bed most of the time or somewhere else inside. The times we're been outside has been awsome, but not on the romantic side. And it's cold here and we haven't been together in warm weather. Any other suggestions? This is fun!🙂

That's not necessary the only sign. But now I know that it's happening. We're way too young and we just got together and I've got studys to do. But maybe in the future. It's just good to see that he sees some kind of future for us. That must be the first step. And I know you're gonna think I'm naiv, but I really think he's the one.
