When ever would find a situation of bread dancing— What is dancing bread? Bread where the yeast has gone haywire and taken over??

Come on tell me about the bread! Is this a UK thing, are you from outside US? I picture a loaf of fluffy white bread tipped up straight, with yellow stick legs and flat feet, swaying in big motions back and forth by lifting either foot up. hahaha!! If I must go deeper than THAT, well... are you a stripper? (dancing for your money?)

So... what is it? Why would the bread be dancing?? I think it's some economics saying or has to do w/ some study or science...?
