Valentine's a'comin'

single or coupled, have you thought of what your plans might be? do you care or is it too much of a hallmark thing for you? the thing is, the consumer world cares and that happens to be the world we live in, at least in the states. these 'holidays' find their way into our minds, coupled or not.

my plans are to drop off the face of the earth the week preceding. Secretly resurface only to do something nice for one of my friends because I think she deserves it and then spend the day with my sister at the bookstore or arcade playing some shoot-em up game and then perhaps improving on our non-existent billiards skills. we may tweek those plans some, but right now it sounds fun.

my sentiments exactly. hence the attempt to dissappear for a week and i hope everyone forgets i exist. lol i wish it were as easy as being just another day, but i'm around enough people where i cant escape it.

Valentine's Day gives you a chance to remember all those friends you like but you don't keep in touch enough with them.

But I still think that those friends you "love" you just keep in touch more and you don't need a Day to remember them. With a lover I'd rather have lots of loving and caring every day of a year.
