Ya, she's sorry. She just doesn't want any drama amd wamts to stay cool. She may not reach out anymore but she didn't want to leave any bad feelings behind...or she still wants to remain friends.

It means they know they did wrong.
You can't be a keeper in an open relationship though. I think it just means She knows she did wrong and regrets it. I could be wrong but that is my take.

I learn from mistakes and move on.
If I apologize, I mean it sincerely. Especially if it's after the fact and I analyzed what happened and realized I was wrong or crossed the line.
