What is Caps experiences with working with Leos?

I posted this to the Leo forum, but would be interested to hear what my fellow Capricorns think. At my place of work, I'm getting ready to embark on a major creative project with some co-workers. This is a project that I feel passionate about, and I want to be successful. I've asked my two best co-workers, both Leos, to help me on the project. Both have strong skills that I feel will be beneficial to the project. I'm a woman, and both my partners are men so the dynamic is already interesting. Last week I tried to bring another woman (a scorpio) on the project and got mixed reactions from the Leos. One of them seemed pretty indifferent to the other woman coming on board, but then proceeded to tell me all the problems he has with the project, He has never been vocal about these issues before, and still claims he wants to be part of the project. The other leo got defensive and said he would back off from the project if the other woman got involved though he would not explain why. As far as I've seen these three people have all gotten along in the workplace before, and we've all worked together on other projects. I'm not sure how to handle these Leos or know what they're really feeling. Any other Leos out there have any advice?

P.S. I know that one of the Leo men has a crush on me and has been trying to get me to work on the project with just me without the other Leo. Not sure how to handle this either...

Ugh, I hope it doesn't turn into a love triangle! LOL! Maybe it's that way with the scorpio woman!

This sounds like a lab experiment. Two Leos... throw in a Scorp female... and now we wait, lol.

Maybe the scorpio chick brings in a lot of conflict? For some reason they don't want to work with her. I'd try to figure out why.
