Can someone teach me how to read current transits in relation to my natal chart?

Can anyone tell me what any of these mean:
moon trine my pluto
moon sextile my sun
jupiter sextile my jupiter
saturn square my mars
neptune trine my venus
neptune trine my jupiter
uranus square my neptune
uranus square my mars
uranus opposite my mercury
uranus square my uranus
sun opposite my mercury
mercury opposite my jupiter
sun square my uranus
am i doing this right?

Preferably for astrotheme since it's easy to read. This is what mine looks like right now. Are the aspect lines ones for my natal chart and the transits, or is it for the current transits only, or what? I'm really confused and need guidance.
