Has anyone ever read such a Scorpio dominant chart

My boyfriend has his Sun, Moon, venus, Jupiter and Mercury in Scorpio. His chart has all the planets surrounding that sign, and he Uranus and Neptune in Sag, Mars in Capricorn, Saturn and Pluto in Libra. Cancer ascending.

That would be considered a heavy Scorpio chart, especially due to the moon, which is the emotions. His ascending is more water, so he has more water in his chart than anything else.
