Help me interpret my 12th house

I've been getting into astrology seriously for 3 months now but I still don't understand how my 12 house manifest I feel like there's a lot of misinformation floating around. As you can see I'm dominant sign is Capricorn and my dominant house is the 12 th house I know Neptune is the ruler and and it's also a Piscean so it will manifest In that way?? I understand the planet expresses itself in a sign and the house is how it will manifest right— The 12th house is very confusing I can't wrap my head around it but one thing that is true for me though is how it's the house of confinement I've grown up in a very emotionally, physically, mentally abusive dysfunctional family my father the source my mother the enabler she suffers from battered wife syndrome. I've been stuck in my house for the past 2years with very little social interaction. I dropped out of HS at 15 to pursue my dreams. I stay trapped In this little room 365 days a year. We recently moved to this development which is located in the middle of nowhere there's just farm land for miles to go anywhere you need a car. I don't leave the house expect to go on daily walks. I've turned my loneliness into solitude. Anyway, can someone help my with my mars,my venus,Neptune and I think my Jupiter and Uranus are in the 12 but I'm not sure. I would really like a detailed interpretation but I'm not trynna spend what little money I have lol. Also does any one know about aspects— Oh yeah!!! I also know my vesta is in Aries, my ceres in Pisces, my Pallas in aquarius My Chiron in scropio n 8th house (explain pls) my Juno is in Virgo 7th house and my Eros is in Virgo my psyche is in Scorpio. Astrology is so complex my head is starting to spin the more I learn the deeper it gets

I have my mars, venus, Neptune, in Capricorn all in the 12th house. Also my Uranus and Jupiter are in Aquarius 12 house too. I don't know the exact time of my birth but I'm certain it was at 11 like 11:34 Am but I'm not sure!!
