Strong Scorpio?

Libra sun, Scorpio ascendant and Pisces moon.
I'm wondering how strong these water influences can be?
I'm a libra but I am the mosttly antisocial. I'm assuming that's the Pisces moon.. what influence does Scorpio have on this combination?
