How Feng Shui Sleep Directions Affect Rest and Dreams

Sleeping in alignment with feng shui principles involves orienting your bed to promote better energy flow and restful sleep. Some believe that sleeping in certain directions can influence dreams and overall health. Adjusting your sleep position based on these guidelines may improve your sleep quality and reduce nightmares.

Do you know the fengshui of your sleep direction?

I got just this from geomancy:

This confirms what I already know about my sleep habits. Usually I sleep in the room with northeast-southeast bed. Sometimes I try it in the room with southeast-northwest. And I have bad dreams. Then in the middle of the night I turn around by 90 degree and sleep in the direction which is parallel to the other bed. But it is just because I have heard stories about the earth magnet

What was that again? Should we sleep parallel or square to the lines of the earth's magnet field?

Ah, adding to it. In one room my head is towards north-east: Excellent

In the other room where I sleep in the bizarre direction my head is in towards south-west: Prosperity.

I have to admit I am not sure if I understood the picture correctly. Cause what is longavity in that frame?

Also my working position is the BEST. head looks to the north-east.

Right now I'm sleeping north easterly.

is this the direction you would automatically switch to when you are in your parents' house? or any other place you visit? or in motels?

have you ever seen a relationship between the quality of your sleep and the direction of your body in sleep?

I sleep only on my back. You can get wrinkles if you sleep any other way

True.

And for the most part, I do too... but I can't start

that way.

I have to curl up with my covers half over my head. ..

then I switch.

To op... I think I sleep with my head pointed toward disaster. 😄

Weird the longevity makes sense one time I came over my friends house and his bed was rearranged and I was just there that morning. No easy feat with all his furniture. He said the way he had it was death so he had to move it!!!
