Stolen Valium 👀👀

Once in a blue moon I’ll have an anxiety attack. It’s like a mix of anxiety & depression. I got myself prescribed Valium to help (I told the doctor I have airplane anxiety because I was worried they wouldn’t take rare panic attacks seriously).

I keep the Valium in my closet right by my panty basket so I know where to find it every time. There’s two bottles: one has crushed vals to mix in drinks, the other has actual pills. They sometimes fall & shit so if only one bottle is visible I don’t think too much about it.

A couple months ago a light in our closet went out so I had the only female maintenance worker come fix it. I didn’t monitor her while she did it, because I thought I could trust her. For that very reason, I didn’t take inventory of anything after she left.

Fast forward to tonight when I get hit with the anxiety wave. I go to pop a Valium but my fucking prescription bottle with the pills is gone.

Wtf do I do? Should I tell my apartment manager? Should I directly text the maintenance worker asking if she took it? Call my doctor and say I have a flight coming up so he writes me a new one?

You probably took them all and forgot.
