dream of a certain animal in my bed

the context of the dream i cannot remember, but i remember being in a bed with my grandma and she had something under the covers. it concerned me for a second until the thing showed itself, and it was a baby leopard seal looking animal. it had the body of a leopard seal but its teeth were small and rectangle shaped. its energy was playful and harmless like a dog, and its vitality and energy made me energetic. the trouble that im having is finding out what type of animal it was to pinpoint the symbolic meaning, it was medium sized-meaning not as big as a leopard seal but definately not as small as a regular seal. its color was blue.

I would think the pressures of your current life and survival skills are of concern to you (have you recently lost a job or partner)

and you are trying to abide by parental guidelines?

didnt see this repsonse before. i think the abiding by parental guidelines does fit the context of time period.
