Well, people are different.
Obviously i wouldnt spend all 19million just on partying, thered be the houses, yachts, travel, etc etc
But I am a Staunch Supporter of Animal Rights
I would give a sizeable chunk to those organisations that work tirelessly to end Animal Abuse. Thats My Passion. Ive always done voluntary work with animal welfare charities.
We have all the science and technology we need.
Time to think about investing in People, ending poverty, creating more jobs, education etc etc

NASA spends billions upon billions each year and for what??
how does it affect you and me, the man on the street?
Think how many millions upon millions that money could help in a practical way, instead they waste it.
